Para el lector, este post tiene m\u00e1s sentido si ha le\u00eddo los otros dos, ambos breves, y ha le\u00eddo la primera parte, sobre nuestra historia de origen, y la segunda, sobre nuestro viaje de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras haber decidido crear la empresa en 2022, ocho a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de haber considerado la idea por primera vez, nuestra investigaci\u00f3n nos llev\u00f3, en 2023, a iniciar nuestra ronda de financiaci\u00f3n previa a la siembra del grupo InsectBiotech. Esta primera ronda \"pre-semilla\", al modo habitual de las start-ups, est\u00e1 financiada por nosotros como fundadores y por un grupo de inversores \"amigos y familiares\" de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los 600.000 euros que hemos recaudado nos han permitido convertirnos en una empresa real y comenzar las pruebas de nuestra unidad de I+D en Espa\u00f1a. Hemos estado en Espa\u00f1a muchas veces este a\u00f1o, con nuestro CEO Ignacio Gavil\u00e1n<\/a> ahora vive en Madrid, de donde es originario. Su presencia y nuestros viajes como equipo nos han permitido seleccionar lugares para los ensayos e iniciar colaboraciones tanto con la Universidad de Granada (en el tratamiento de la materia prima) como en la fabricaci\u00f3n de pruebas, con la almazara Casa Grande de Ja\u00e9n (Andaluc\u00eda).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e1s sobre esto, en el pr\u00f3ximo post. Somos capaces de apoyar nuestro trabajo de I+D con el dinero inicial que hemos recaudado. Esto nos da tiempo y oportunidad para buscar nuestra pr\u00f3xima ronda de capital. Esta es por otro 1m Euro, y se cerrar\u00e1 en abril de 2024. Para esta segunda ronda (el cierre de nuestra Ronda Semilla) estamos dando prioridad a los inversores espa\u00f1oles y ya nos hemos reunido con varios en Espa\u00f1a. Tambi\u00e9n hemos hecho excelentes progresos en la construcci\u00f3n de una red de contactos dentro y alrededor del gobierno y las instituciones p\u00fablicas de financiaci\u00f3n, con el fin de ayudar a los inversores 'de-riesgo', con apoyo externo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
